Founded in 2000, Ye Royal Krewe of Charlotte de Berry is an all-female philanthropic pirate organization based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. Our Krewe was formed in honor of Charlotte de Berry, the legendary 17th-century female pirate, whose adventurous spirit continues to inspire our members today.

Our Krewe is about much more than dressing like pirates and sailing into parades! We are a sisterhood of women who enjoy friendship, fun, community involvement, and giving back. Throughout the year, we participate in local parades and Krewe activities while fulfill our mission to raise funds to support organizations that make a difference in the lives of women, children, Veterans, and animals.

We believe in combining fun with philanthropy. From community events and parades to fundraisers and charitable projects, our members donate their time, talents, and treasure to support causes close to our hearts. We also host an annual golf tournament supporting local female graduating seniors pursuing college or technical education.

Our Krewe continues to grow while staying true to the spirit on which it was founded: friendship, sisterhood, community, and giving back.
